		<description>Sadly it&#039;s hard to imagine this team going anywhere under this management.  Their problem hasn&#039;t been great players....they usually just get traded away or blossom elsewhere.  Arenas, J-Rich, Baron Davis....not much you can do about bad management.</description>

		<description>But Monta already said that pairing him and Curry at the backcourt won&#039;t work.  From Monta&#039;s body language, I don&#039;t think he is sold to the idea that Curry and him can play against any backcourt in the league.  If he still shows these kind of attitude, I think the only option is to trade him.  What else can we do?  Of course if we do trade him, we need to get a star player back.  May be the upcoming draft will change the whole picture.  As what we stand now, we are still so desperate.  May be getting rid of Nellie and get someone who really interested in coaching the team will help.</description>
