1. Stephen Curry Will Have Another 30+ Point, 10+ Assist Game
The Warriors young leader Stephen Curry played beautifully for his team on Tuesday night, when he scored 30 points and dished out 13 assists en route to a 14-point Golden State victory.
However, in the second half of the game, Curry tweaked his ankle and was forced to sit out on the bench for a while. He did end up returning to the game, and he did look fine, but when you’ve had as many ankle issues as Curry has, you just always have to be careful.
Regardless, I do believe that Curry will be in uniform and start for the Warriors on Friday night, and he will put up another shining performance.
Curry has catapulted himself into NBA stardom this season and has been on fire against the Nuggets in this exciting first round matchup. Ty Lawson is a quick and speedy guard himself, but he just doesn’t have the long-range shooting ability that Curry brings to the table, and Lawson has also had trouble defending him throughout the past few games. Andre Miller can do his best to stop the “Baby-faced assassin”, but the superstar has proven to be just too much for Denver thus far.
