The Warriors would have lost last night if it weren’t for Jarrett Jack.
Jack was a starter in New Orleans before coming over to Golden State at the start of the year, where he was asked to take a diminished (albeit important) role as the Warriors sixth man for most of the year.
With David Lee out, Jack has exceeded expectations in his return to the starting lineup. In last night’s contest, his early scoring kept the Warriors competitive in the first quarter, and he finished the night with 23 points and 7 assists on 10-of-14 shooting, many of which came in the lane.
