Game 1= Close Loss

The Rockets looked terrible and the Warriors looked no better. It’s almost like we wanted to lose when both superstars of the Rockets are out!  They played ok, not great, but ok.  Who impressed me the most? Of course our young rookie, Stephen Curry! First, him being named starting PG, that almost seemed like it was the match to start another fire with Monte Ellis. But no news is good news, and unless they had some issues internally that were never  shown to the public, Ellis, seems to take it all in stride. The rookie had a very good showing. [...]

Turmoil

Another day and still the same old conflict that is tearing up this franchise. It’s amazing that we are only 2 years removed when the Warriors erased a 13 year playoff drought and things started to look bright for this franchise. Then, two years later and the team is in disarray. Stephen Jackson was suspended two pre-season games for his outburst the other night towards Nellie. A few weeks ago, Stephen Jackson was in NY to help his Al Harrington out. He made some comments that obviously hurt the Warriors fans, and everyone from the management to fans, believed he was, “Jack being Jack. Adding a new Curry

I don’t remember where I was reading or hearing this bit, but some basketball analyst had said that Stephen Curry would be a player to watch during the NBA summer league. The sharpshooter isn’t particularly built like his NBA teammates and the analyst wrote/said, that it would be interesting to see him try to get his shot off or create his own shot against bigger and stronger men in the NBA.
