The Golden State Warriors earned a lot of praise and respect from the GM’s from around the NBA.

Golden State Warriors fans have more reason to celebrate after 93% of NBA General Managers predicted the Warriors to repeat as Champions in 2017/18 in the annual NBA.com GM Survey. The Warriors franchise and their players received high marks from NBA GMs in a number of categories. After a dominant 16-1 postseason campaign last season, the Warriors are now even more revered amongst their peers, as the survey depicts.

The NBA.com General Manager survey has been an annual fixture for 16 years. The survey asks NBA GMs a range of questions including player and team rankings, award winners and potential rule changes. The survey gives the league a good idea of the thought processes of GMs and how the NBA can improve. For fans and players alike, we get an insight into the esteem that GMs hold certain players in.

The GMs responded to 47 questions in total. One rule of the survey is that GMs can not vote for their team or team personnel. It is also important to note that the percentages are not indicative of all 30 GMs. Rather, the percentage represents the pool of those GMs who responded to that particular question. Below is the list of questions and results. Answers referring to the Warriors franchise and their players will be emboldened.

Next: Warriors' holiday wishlist

So, a lot of bold, right? The Warriors featured in nearly every category. Stephen Curry and Draymond Green appeared to feature in the most categories individually out of the entire Warriors lineup.

Clearly, the Warriors are poised to finish atop the NBA this season. If anybody knows this to be true, its the General Managers. While the survey has absolutely no bearing on the season’s outcomes, it’s a neat indication of the league’s trajectory.
