Trust the folks that got us here.

It was very difficult for not to say “trust the process”  Yet, in so many ways that’s exactly what we need to do.  With exception of Jerry West, this is the same front office that got us to the proverbial mountain top.

Do we suddenly think they don’t know what they are doing?  They didn’t get us here by trading away assets for marginal upgrades, only to sneak into the playoffs and get ousted in the first round.

They got us here by thinking long-term, drafting smart, developing talent, and retaining that talent. Drafting and obtaining talent in the draft is more important than being the 8th seed in the playoffs.
