4 trades for Victor Oladipo that the Golden State Warriors should consider

Here’s the first trade that the Warriors should put on the table. The downside to this deal is that Golden State would be giving up Jordan Poole. For other teams, Poole has to be one of the Dubs more intriguing targets.

While he’s been inefficient for the bulk of his career, Poole has strung together a few stretches of games in which he’s shown real progress and potential. He’s currently on one of those electric streaks.

He’s averaging 21 points per game over his last seven. Take that and add a player like Oubre Jr. who is a starter and can single-handedly take over a game, and it’s tough to see Golden State doing this deal.

Then again, Oladipo is a much more consistent player than both Poole and Oubre Jr. He’s been a two-time All-Star and is a proven star. Oladipo is also elite as a defender, so that can be taken into consideration as well.

Another positive of this trade is the Warriors don’t give up any draft capital which is a positive. Nonetheless, this is a deal both sides may consider making.
