The Warriors’ power forward posted some solid numbers: 10 points and 14 rebounds to go along with a couple of assists.

Lee was an absolute beast on the boards and was also contributing with his ability to make plays whenever the furious Denver double teams started to approach.

Unfortunately for the Warriors’ All-Star big man, he left the game in the fourth quarter after suffering a vicious fall to the ground. According to Marcus Thompson II of the Bay Area News Group, Lee was officially diagnosed with a probable right hip flexor strain. Also, according to Henry Wofford of CSN Bay Area, Lee’s X-rays were negative and he will have an MRI tomorrow.

It was  a shame to see the Warriors have to play on without their double-double machine, and fans should have their fingers crossed that their veteran leader will be back on the court for Game 2.
