The Miami Heat exposed the Chicago Bulls’ biggest flaw: shooting. In 2012-13, the Bulls ranked 24th in outside shooting. They dropped dramatically from the prior season when they ranked fourth in the league.

The Bulls would love to snag Tony Snell if he was available, but he may off the boards at the 20th pick. So, Tim Hardaway Jr. would be a nice alternative.

Improving on his shooting, Hardaway is slowly becoming an adept three-point shooter. He does a great job moving off the ball and using screens to get open looks, and also has the ability to handle the ball and find open looks for his teammates in pick-and-roll situations.
