The 2013 free-agent class is stacked with talent. On first glance, the group seems stacked with big men, as the centers and power forwards are far and plentiful, but there are a few notable exceptions. I will be evaluating the players potential impact on a team based on the latest stats and whatever intangibles they would add to the team.
