5. Brook Lopez, Brooklyn Nets

Lopez is not a great rebounding center. In fact, of the centers on this list, he may be the worst rebounder. But when you can score the ball the way he can, much is forgiven.

Lopez averaged 19.4 points, 6.9 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 2.1 blocks last season. Of the centers in the NBA, Lopez is the one most often criticized for a lack of defensive effort. He posted a defensive rating of 105.

Of the centers though, Lopez posted a PER of 24.77 to lead all eligible centers. His offensive abilities are carrying him and the Brooklyn Nets.
