6. Zach Randolph, Memphis Grizzlies

May 21, 2013; San Antonio, TX, USA; Memphis Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph (50) shoots a free throw in game two of the Western Conference finals of the 2013 NBA Playoffs against the San Antonio Spurs at AT

The heart of the Memphis Grizzlies, Zach Randolph embodies everything the Grizzlies are: grit and grind. Nothing about Z-Bo’s game is glamorous, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. He the type of player that will bump you hard in the post, work an up-and-under move, miss his first two attempts, get the offensive rebounds and eventually finish with a body bump, the bucket, and a free throw for his trouble.

After finally having some playoff success, his career has been revitalized. It took him six years and more than a few teams, but Randolph found his niche. He is hope for all the young head-case players in the NBA that, yes, you can make it even after bouncing to four teams before the age of 25 (are you listening Terrence Williams?).
