Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors had a coming out party in the 2013 playoffs. After beating the Nuggets in the first round, the Warriors pushed the San Antonio Spurs to six games and nearly upset of the eventual Western Conference champions.

Although he was considered too slight coming out of Davidson, Curry was always known for his shooting touch, and that was his bread and butter this past season, setting the record for most three-pointers made in a single season.

The Warriors continue to build around their point guard, adding an elite wing defender Andre Iguodala, hoping that will push them over the edge and finally become a legitimate title contender.

Curry has already smashed through his ceiling, and could end up higher on this list in the years to come. He isn’t a freak athlete, isn’t faster than most players on the court, definitely isn’t the strongest, but no matter what court he steps onto, he is the best shooter out there.
