This section is hard to judge as well and will really come down to what each team can get from it’s aging players. The Warriors underwent one of the biggest bench transformations in this offseason.  They  lost Carl Landry, Jarrett Jack, Brandon Rush, Andris Biedrins and Richard Jefferson and you can count Festus Ezeli as a non-factor till the second half of the season. They managed to gain Toney Douglas, Jermaine O’Neal and Marreese Speights and draft picks Ognen Kuzmic and Nemanja Nedovic will also contribute from the bench .

The Rockets also made some additions, namely Omri Casspi and Marcus Camby. Houston’s bench hasn’t undergone massive transformations and will likely still remain a middle of the pack bench offense. In the 2012-13 year, they ranked 17th in the league to the Warriors’ 19th in terms of bench scoring.

I think this category is hard to judge because they Warriors bench has the potential to be a high-scoring unit, but it will largely come down to their healthy and how they are the utilized. The Rocket’s bench is a known quantity and Casspi and Camby and the loss of Thomas Robinson make very little difference to that quantity. I give the edge to the Warriors because they have a great mix of defensive and offensive minded players that they can rotate in to fill in needs or perform a specific role in limited minutes.
