10.

Despite happening in the pre-season, this is one of the most memorable moments for me. Kobe Bryant is a very hard person to impress and he was visibly impressed by Curry’s guts and ability.

A deadly scorer and intense competitor, Bryant knows how to spot greatness. Even though he’s lost a step, the Black Mamba was hounding Curry as he crossed half court. Maybe he fouled him. But Curry also pushed off right before he drained a deep three pointer right in the 5x champ’s face.

On the job back to the other side of the court, Curry stared Bryant down as the Laker superstar laughed and patted no.30 on the backside. Even though he didn’t say anything, that was respect. Bryant tried to establish himself as the alpha dog and many would probably cower at the challenge, but Curry pushed right back and showed that he’s the new best offensive player in the league.

Perhaps Curry has mastered the Kobe System.
