Here’s everything you need to know about the Golden State Warriors’ matchup with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

If the Warriors are going to continue their march toward history, this is a game that they’re going to have to win on Saturday night. This is a game that will have a playoff atmosphere and the Thunder are going to set out to prove that they can hang with the Warriors on the court.
A win tonight could give the Warriors a ton of momentum toward making the aforementioned history. That would be six wins on a seven-game road swing, with 17 more home games remaining for the Warriors. They have yet to lose at home this season and going home with six huge road wins would make an historic season even more incredible.
Stephen Curry comes into the game with history on his side as well. Curry broke the NBA record on Thursday night, for consecutive games with a three pointer. He will look to make it 129 straight games with a shot made from beyond the arc against the Thunder.
A big key for the Warriors tonight will be getting Klay Thompson his volume of shots. When he shoots 22-plus shots a game on the road trip, the Warriors are undefeated. Defensively, the Warriors are going to need Draymond Green’s best defensive effort against Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and the rest of a Thunder team that can score the ball in a variety of ways.
The last time the two teams met, Durant and Westbrook combined for 67 points in a losing effort. While they gave the Warriors one of their best battles of the season, the Thunder have been struggling as of late. The team has lost three out of their last four games and have had issues playing at home lately.
Saturday’s projected lineups are below.
Golden State Warriors Oklahoma City Thunder
Draymond Green – PF Serge Ibaka – PF
Harrison Barnes – SF Kevin Durant – SF
Andrew Bogut – C Steven Adams – C
Stephen Curry – PG Russell Westbrook – PG
Klay Thompson – SG Andre Roberson – SG
