Here’s a comparison of Stephen Curry’s and Kobe Bryant’s best prime seasons.

The NBA is a league full of incredible athletes and elite talents.

Neither Curry’s nor Bryant’s MVP seasons are their best seasons, in my opinion. For this slide, I’m going to compare Curry’s current 2015-16 campaign and Bryant’s highest PER and WS/48 season which is 2005-06.

Bryant had an amazing season, scoring almost at will, but it’s unfair to compare anything to the year Curry, a lock for his second consecutive MVP, is having.

Curry is on pace to have the greatest offensive season in NBA history. The highest PER in NBA history is Wilt Chamberlain‘s 31.82. Curry, right now, is at 32.8 according to Basketball Reference. He would also set the record for the league’s highest single season true shooting percentage as well as shattering his own mark for three-pointers in a season.
