The days where NBA die-hards like you and I are thirsting for the product so much we are actually keeping up with Summer League games. The offseason is a very important part of the NBA, as well as every other professional sport. The free agency period headlines the offseason as players around the league play a sort of musical chairs to find their new home for the upcoming season.

Players have moved around and the landscape of the NBA has changed. There will be a lot of familiar faces in new places and some familiar faces have left us with their legacies to hold onto. Teams were throwing money around like it’s nothing, attracting free agents to various destinations, leaving us with a lot of questions about fit.
The next NBA season is shaping up to be an interesting one. Expectations will be all over the place for different teams, some as they look to improve to be a playoff team and others as they feel the need to become contenders.
With all that said, and with the free agency dust mostly clearing, here are 6 completely random thoughts I have about the 2016 free agency period.
