4. Steve Kerr

Really, when it comes to a battle of the Golden State Warriors and Team USA, you can really take your pick for coach, as you can’t go wrong with Steve Kerr and his staff or Mike Krzyzewski and his staff that features Gregg Popovich.

However, in what would certainly be a close battle all the way to the end between both star-studded teams, you want a coach that knows his players the best and that in this case is Steve Kerr.

That isn’t to diminish the legend that is Krzyzewski, but Kerr has a lot more games under his belt with the Warriors than Krzyzewski has with Team USA. Kerr is the reigning coach of the year, a five-time champion as a player, a champion as a coach and is still a fairly young coach in the game that continues to get better each year.

Krzyzewski has him beat in coaching experience, but Kerr has been so adept to studying and admiring the professional to each little nuance that Krzyzewski hasn’t been able to do while coaching at the college level.

It seems crazy to say this, but in a battle with professionals, give Kerr the edge over Krzyzewski.
