Comparing the Warriors to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music super team

Next, we have Andre Iguodala and John Legend; the two veterans. The two men who are probably a little past their peak stardoms, but still provide more than people credit them for.
Andre, while not the star that he once was in Philly and Denver, is still simply a great player. He can guard pretty much every perimeter player, and is one of the smartest players on the court, no matter who the Warriors are playing.
John Legend is not the huge star that he once was. While his twitter account is still absolute flames (kinda like mine. Go follow me @OwenMDillon), his stardom has fallen off just a bit. But he is still just great. Any track that has John Legend on it is always better off than if the track didn’t have John Legend on it. And that’s just a fact.
Both of these guys are people that know where they are best used and needed. Andre was relegated to the bench a few years back so that the starters could carry Harrison Barnes. But when Andre was moved to the bench, you didn’t see him complaining to the media or going less than 100% in practices and games.
And John Legend is still bringing it on every song that he’s on. He knows he might not be as great as he was on, but that doesn’t mean he’s not still putting in that work.
But this is the best comparison. Because these two are eerily similar. Aside from everything I just listed, the two are both socially conscious African-American men with great fashion tastes.
