4. Kevin Durant is the newest addition to the Warriors and he has been great, but….

When Kevin Durant decided to choose Golden State, the league was turned upside down. For Warriors fans it was probably the best news ever at the moment. Kevin has been everything as expected. He shoots it efficiently, scores a lot, plays solid defense, and has unfathomable talent at his position.

The one thing that he hasn’t showed us yet, is a Kevin Durant moment. We all remember when Stephen Curry fresh off an MCL sprain exclaimed I’m back after demolishing Portland. We all remember Draymond’s crazy defense versus the Hawks. Kevin Durant is doing great, however I am hoping the best is yet to come.

While he did destroy his former team and showed some of the most vicious basketball ever, It isn’t really the numbers were after. Rather it be an off-court or on-court moment is not the matter. For this Christmas wish, I want to see a moment where we can look at Kevin Durant and say, “ha. He would do that wouldn’t he!” . This will happen eventually and when it does I and i’m sure others will be waiting.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you in Dub Nation!
