Who will end up being “The Last Jedi” on the Golden State Warriors when this era of basketball comes to an end?
It’s been an exciting day for fans of Star Wars as the title for Episode VIII officially has a title. The upcoming movie in December 2017 will be titled, “The Last Jedi” and it will be the middle film of the current saga. The title already has people going over millions of theories as to what it could mean. It’s also a title that can be applied to non-Star Wars related things as well, like maybe the Golden State Warriors.

There was a comparison of Warriors players to characters from the series coinciding with the release of Rogue One in December. Once again, it’s time to go back into the story of an Oracle Arena far, far away. Well, not exactly that far away if you live in the bay area.
When it comes to the “The Last Jedi” and the ominous feeling the title presents, it raises the question of which of the current four superstars on the Warriors will end up being their own final jedi. It’s not a question that anyone should be asking right now, but there will come a time when this era has to end.
As far as the Warriors go right now, this team has four superstars on the roster that get talked about endlessly. Those players are Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson. By virtue of each presenting their own unique skill, the Warriors have done incredible things this season and continue to roll over their opponents in the NBA.
There will be a day when these four aren’t all playing on the same team again and it’s going to be a sad one for everyone. All great things must come to an end and one of these players will end up being “The Last Jedi” for Golden State.
