The Golden State Warriors will have plenty of fresh legs as they prepare to take on the Utah Jazz in the Western Conference Semifinals on Tuesday night.

After an extended period of rest, the Golden State Warriors will finally return to the court on Tuesday night. The Warriors swept the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round and got to enjoy the maximum amount of rest time possible, while the Utah Jazz fought the Los Angeles Clippers the distance in seven games.

On Tuesday night, the two teams will meet in Oakland and it will be a special night for Golden State. The Warriors are going to recognize the “We Believe” team from 2007 and it should be quite the atmosphere in Oakland.

It was the Jazz that ultimately eliminated that team back in 2007. This time, the Warriors are the favorites and they’re going to give Utah their biggest test yet on the floor. The Jazz were impressive in the opening series, as they managed to win three road games.

However, winning a road game in Oakland is a much more difficult task. The Jazz did it this year, but it came at the hands of the Warriors resting down the stretch and getting guys ready for the grind that is the NBA Playoffs.

Utah is going to look to disrupt Golden State with their size and their ability to create havoc out on the wings. If the Warriors get too reckless with the basketball in their hands, then it could very well put their backs against the wall.

This should be a fun series, as Golden State looks to try and finish off another opponent quickly. Utah has shown they’re ready to take the next step and it will be interesting to see which of the two dynamics comes to light more quickly.
