The Golden State Warriors had an amazing parade with petty shots, energetic fans, and beautiful floats. They partied like only they can.

The Golden State Warriors got to enjoy their second championship in three years. Being recognized as the best amongst your peers is the obvious goal. Getting to party afterwards is a nice perk of being a champ.

The Warriors got their revenge on the Cleveland Cavaliers as they defeated them in five games. They celebrated in front of their own fans at Oracle Arena. A few days later, they got to celebrate with the entire Bay Area.

While the first title was a special moment, the feelings surrounding this one was different. For some, it meant redemption and revenge. For others, it was pure elation after securing that first championship.

When you get Draymond Green and Oakland together, you never know what’s going to happen. It was a pretty awesome parade. It had everything.

The blue and yellow ticker tape was amazing. The floats were beautiful. The fans were energetic.

My bias might be showing, but it was definitely better than the parade that was hosted last year. No fans ate any weird substances this time around. And the Warriors brought the petty. From Green’s t-shirt to Steve Kerr’s speech, the Dubs took more shots than they did in Game 5 of the NBA Finals. It was hilarious and the timing was impeccable.

Overall, it was a really fun parade celebrating not just the Finals, but the entire season. It wasn’t perfect, but it was pretty close. I would definitely recommend that the Golden State Warriors have another one next year. Once again, the Dubs prove that they are the standard in the league.
