Aaron Rodgers

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is a big basketball fan and can be seen at plenty of games. He was at the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers and was seen talking with Stephen Curry before one of the games.

He’s also from Northern California and it’s another easy reason why the former Cal standout would attend a game to see Curry and the Warriors play. If that bond between him and Curry was enough, the latter made a great play on a pass at the American Century Championship.

In what is a famous golf tournament for celebrities each year, both Curry and Rodgers were out on the course together. The former NFL MVP tried to connect with the NBA MVP on a deep pass and surprisingly it was Curry that made the play look good.

After running past the defender, Dell Curry, Curry noticed the ball was a little short in the air and he managed to lay out and make the catch. It’s not quite clear what is more surprising here — Curry making the amazing catch or Rodgers making a bad throw?

Both of these men are legends in Northern California for various reasons. For Rodgers, it’s because of his college career and was the place he called home. For Curry, it’s the fact he helped bring Warriors basketball to a level that’s never been seen.
