Having a variety of guys that can shoot the ball has made the team virtually impossible to stop and that’s why they have won championships in two of the past three seasons. To make things even more difficult for other teams, they have went and added even more shooters to the roster in free agency.
After keeping their core together and retaining Shaun Livingston and Andre Iguodala, the Warriors were able to add Omri Casspi and Nick Young. The fact they could add two more great shooters to an already potent bunch should be considered a heist.
Of course, when it comes to this team and their ability to unload from wherever, it starts with the head coach. Steve Kerr was one of the best shooters of his time and it’s that confidence he has that carries over to his players.
There is a very good chance that the team could have their best shooting season in 2017-18 with the amount of weapons they have. Therefore, it only makes sense to rank five of those shooters on the roster. All stats are via Basketball-Reference.
