8. Kevin Durant burning Twitter trolls

When Kevin Durant made the decision to leave the Oklahoma City Thunder for the Golden State Warriors, he knew he was going to be trolled online for eternity. However, he decided to finally fire back at online critics.

On one fateful night in June, Durant decided that he was going to have some fun and respond to the people that bash him online. He was ruthless and made sure that he got a chance to put them in their place.

It’s very rare to see players of his caliber respond to those trolling him, let alone fans living behind an online persona. Still, he aimed to make a statement and everyone took notice that he isn’t afraid to troll back.

It’s not something most leagues would probably expect from their top superstars and MVP’s, but Durant is a bit of a different breed. Perhaps he began hanging around Draymond Green enough to learn a thing or two about social media.

Despite his burning of Twitter trolls, they are going to exist until the end of time. That’s just the way it goes for notable people and their online existence. It doesn’t mean he isn’t allowed to have his fun too.
