3. Klay Thompson goes to China

The NBA’s players are also ambassadors for the league. The global platform that these players live on offers an opportunity for them to travel the world and promote the league and their own personal brands.

After winning the second championship of his career, Klay Thompson went to China to sign a shoe deal and have some fun with the fans. Needless to say, Thompson made plenty of headlines for awkward moments.

The most classic moment of his entire trip to China was his failed dunk attempt. Just look at the way he takes off and then proceeds to fall to the ground. Yes, that is a professional and one of the best players in the league.

Even the greats have their failures on the court, but this is entirely a new level for Thompson. It looked as if it was the first time he ever attempted a dunk in his career. Still, it was all smiles and laughs for Thompson after.

For as long as his career goes, this is a video that is forever going to follow him around. There is just way too much comedy gold present here for this not to get all the attention it deserves until the end.
