Rev3nge – Warriors Talk

The Golden State Warriors lost the most heartbreaking championship ever in 2016. They set the single-season record for most wins in a season, surpassing Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls. Steph Curry became the first ever unanimous MVP.

The Warriors were up 3-1 in the NBA Finals. We know the rest. It all fell apart in the most shocking and upsetting way possible.

Golden State had to sit on that for a year. They had to endure all of the jokes about blowing their series lead away and losing on their home court after Kyrie Irving’s three-pointer over Curry sealed the deal. They couldn’t do anything but wait.

The Warriors went out and signed Kevin Durant. They lost and then armed themselves with the biggest weapon available. They were determined to exact their revenge.

The Warriors absolutely smacked the Cleveland Cavaliers and they got redemption. This t-shirt celebrates that journey and the result. It’s pretty amazing.

The shirt is modeled after the “Revenge” shirts sold at Drake’s “Summer Sixteen” Tour. Of course, this one has a Golden State spin on it. The blue and yellow writing and the “Summer Seventeen” written across the bottom.

Golden State’s motivation can be summed up in one word: revenge. They went out and took it and it was glorious.
