The comedic rapper David Burd, also known as Lil Dicky or LD for short, is best known for the hit “Save That Money” (2015) and most recent hit “Pillow Talking” (2017). He tweeted yesterday about LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, with a surprising clap back from Kevin Durant, Golden State Warriors 2017 Finals MVP.

LD’s original lyrics tweeted

Durant is likely speaking in a more broad sense about the unthinkable audacity required to trade the city’s greatest athlete all-time. James is to Cleveland, Ohio; what Warren Buffet is to Omaha, Nebraska.

But in an indirect sense, Durant is right here nonetheless because the rare no-trade clause only exists because of James’ immense value.
