Klay Thompson makes this list because he made two, back-to-back 3-pointers in the fourth quarter to effectively seal the deal against the Portland Trail Blazers, clutching the seventh consecutive win for the Golden State Warriors.

To recap: Damian Lillard was on a roll for the Blazers, single-handedly leading a comeback effort that was dangerously close to eclipsing Golden State’s lead. He ripped from nine straight points for the Blazers mid-way through the fourth, pulling the game to within eight points.

It was at the 4:24 mark that Thompson attempted a 20-footer to push the lead back to double-digits, but that shot attempt was rejected by Pat Connaughton. A timeout was called, which led to Steve Kerr drawing up a beautiful play for a Thompson 3-pointer courtesy of Shaun Livingston.

Klay followed that up with a yet another 3-pointer later at the 3:08 mark, keeping the Blazers at bay by continuing to maintain that double-digit lead. Both 3-pointers came at exactly the right time, providing the Warriors with the necessary energy to successfully close out the game.

It also helps that finished with 24 points, three rebounds, three assists and one steal on 9-of-21 shooting (42.9 percent).
