1. KD

With Stephen Curry out indefinitely for the Golden State Warriors, every single individual that is either directly or indirectly involved with the NBA world should expect Kevin Durant to top this list every single game until Curry gets back.

While he didn’t continue his streak of double-doubles or 30-point finishes, he was still the best player on the floor Monday night at Oracle Arena, posting 28 points, nine rebounds, five assists and three blocks in 36 minutes.

In terms of his shooting, Durant went 11-of-21 from the field (52.4 percent), 2-of-4 from behind the arc (50.0 percent) and 4-of-4 from the free throw line.

Although the numbers were certainly impressive, this was Durant’s least impressive game since Curry went down. That by no means is his fault, however: the entire team seemed pretty locked in against the Blazers, which led to the win being a collective team effort.

Expect a rather different story (and a much more aggressive KD) come Thursday when the Warriors host the Mavs — the worst team in the Western Conference.
