MARCUS THOMPSON II, TIM KAWAKAMI, AND ANTHONY SLATER

When it comes to covering the Warriors, no one — and I mean NO ONE — compares to these three men. Their thorough coverage of the Warriors and Bay Area sports as a whole makes subscribing to The Athletic one of the best investments that a sports fan could ever do.

The rapport that these men share with the players is impeccable and amazing. For their coverage and the fact that they know the pulse of the team, Thompson, Kawakami and Slater should have an episode.

Thompson can take this opportunity to push Steph’s “Miraculous Rise,” as well as a forthcoming biography on KD. JaVale can talk about Kawakami’s propensity to block his share of shots on Twitter. Slater will have a chance to relax, talk some trash and give us a glimpse into his personality away from the coverage.

The Athletic‘s Big 3 can critique Javale’s skills in front of the camera. The possibilities for this episode are endless.
