The Warriors are one of the most fun teams to watch in the NBA, if not the most. With Stephen Curry pulling up from 30 feet and Zaza Pachulia leading a fast break, there’s no shortage of plays that leave you in awe or simply just make you smile.

That said, it’s hard to pick the ones you like most, but here are my favorite Warriors moments this week that happened on and off the court:

1. Kevin Durant’s 20,000 points

After hitting a midrange jumper with 1:41 left in the second quarter on Wednesday against the Clippers, Kevin Durant scored his 20,000th point. He is the second -oungest player to reach the mark, only behind LeBron James. Durant also joins a very elite group of players who scored that many points before turning 30: James, Kobe Bryant, Wilt Chamberlain and Michael Jordan.

It’s worth noting that Durant scored 15,942 of those points in Oklahoma City where he played for nine years before moving to Golden State in 2016. His shots have become much easier since joining the Warriors, so he’s in a good position to keep adding to those totals.

2. Durant’s teammates being so happy for him

Just look at how pumped Draymond Green was in these photos before and after Durant hit the shot.

Then Stephen Curry posted this video on Instagram story congratulating Durant in the locker room during halftime.

It has to be encouraging to have teammates who are genuinely happy for your achievements.

3.  Stephen Curry’s kindness

What happened to Blake Griffin was really unfortunate and honestly, kinda scary, but look at Steph just throwing the ball and running to see if he was okay. Curry was the first guy to check on him as soon as he noticed Griffin was still down, and it really speaks volumes about Steph’s character.

4. Klay Thompson talking in Japanese

Yes, you heard that right.

Just before the four-minute mark of the video below you can hear Klay saying “Go Warriors!” and “Splash” in Japanese. But honestly, just watch the whole thing because Klay’s interviews are always the best.

That’s it for this now and let’s do this again next week!
