Basketball has been a bit boring now that the All-Star Weekend is over and the Warriors won’t play another game until Thursday, so here are my favorite moments of the week.

Team Stephen didn’t win the inaugural game of the All-Star Game’s new format, mostly because LeBron and KD trapped Steph – which KD gave himself a pat on the back for – and he couldn’t even see the rim in the game’s final possession, but it was promising. The new format and the money incentive might have solved the league’s problem of the All-Star Game being a joke.

Before the All-Star break, the Warriors haven’t been playing their best basketball and lost a couple of games, including two games where they had 25 or more turnovers. Steve Kerr brushed it off by saying the players just can’t wait for the All-Star Weekend to come.

After losing to the Portland Trail Blazers, the Houston Rockets have taken the number one seed from the Warriors. The Dubs are still the heavy favorites to win the NBA Finals, but given that the Rockets will win the tie-breaker if there will be one, I hope this team starts playing Warriors basketball again the second half of the season. It would be fun if they just win all their remaining 24 games and get the first seed back.

A lot of experts and analysts still believe that the Warriors are the team to beat, so I don’t think it’s time to panic. Instead of getting worked up over all this, here are my favorite moments of the week!
