Lee in SLC

The second time Lee scored 24 points was at the Lifetime Activities Center-Bruin Arena on Feb. 13 against the Salt Lake City Stars.

Lee also dropped in three rebounds and four assists in 32 minutes of play, shooting 8-of-14 from the field (57.1 percent), 3-of-5 from long range (60.0 percent) and another perfect 5-of-5 from the free throw line.

Unfortunately, the Warriors ended up losing that game, as well. Despite a strong third quarter, Santa Cruz just couldn’t close out the night, losing 120-113.

The team has seen a number of changes in the new year, and they just haven’t quite been able to find their identity. Lee has been one of their few players that have remained relatively consistent, and this game serves as just one example of how important his production is to the new-look Sea Dubs.
