Steph Curry hangs out with Neymar, shares words of inspiration
Two of the most iconic players in their respective games met up and hung out. The Warriors’ Steph Curry and PSG’s Neymar recently swapped jerseys.
Steph Curry and Neymar are transcendent players. With a total combined, just Instagram, following of 123 million, mainly thanks to Neymar’s 102, the dynamic duo seem to be enjoying the superstar life.
This wasn’t the first time the two have met up though. The two also hung out and traded jerseys prior to Game 2 of the 2016 NBA Finals, the Finals which Curry and the Dubs notoriously lost to the James and the Cavs.
Curry recently took to Instagram to express his thanks and encouragement to Neymar.

Both at the pinnacle of their respective games, Curry and Neymar continue to inspire the next generation of ballers.
Honestly, what could be better than being a fly on the wall while Neymar and Curry chilled and chat? I’m sure the two had some crazy stories of fans, performances and everything in between.
At 26, Neymar will have a few more years of true dominance than Curry. Curry, 30, might’ve already reached his professional peak. However, he’s still easily a top-five player in the highly competitive NBA.
Soccer, or football for those European readers, is a bit different. It’s still highly competitive, but at the same time, it isn’t. Neymar, who played on Paris-Saint German, is in the French league, a league where PSG is clearly the best with just a few teams even close to them.
Just like the Dubs, PSG has won two of the last three Ligue 1, the top-tier French league, titles. So, the two superstars do have something in common, they both create success wherever they are.
However, Neymar has been under a bit more scrutiny recently.
After an early World Cup exit, many wonder if the wonderboy will ever bring a title to his native land. For Curry, he doesn’t quite have that problem. Winning the Finals is the peak for an NBA player, and with Team USA always the clear favorite, an Olympic title isn’t too impressive either.
For Neymar, his team has the opportunity to win their Ligue 1 title and the Champions League title, and he then potentially has the chance to take on a national tournament every season, so the season really never ends.
It is good to see the two spending time together, bringing the two sports, which many view as extremely different, together.
