Golden State Warriors: 4 reasons the Dubs should eventually trade DeMarcus Cousins
Postseason Team Chemistry

As Boston will figure out, it’s not easy to play with an array of superstars.
Who gets the ball? Who takes all the shots? Who gets the last shot? Those questions must be answered.
It won’t be Boogie, or it most likely won’t be Boogie. And that may change his entire attitude. We’ll have to see if not having the ball as much and not being a focal point of the offense impacts his play.
While this might not be an issue, like Isaiah Thomas, Cousins’ involvement could impact the Dubs in a negative way. It’s not too unlikely that Cousins’ addition hurts the Warriors chemistry, especially given the surplus of talent they already have.
It’s practically the same situation as when Isaiah Thomas, a former MVP candidate, returned to Cleveland after a hip injury, immediately causing an uneasy feeling and eventually being dealt. However, unlike Thomas, Cousins might still have a high value.
Could that value and the potential threat to their chemistry be a reason to trade Cousins upon his return? Absolutely. But, that’s certainly not the main reason.
