So we’re less than a week away from the start of the Golden State Warrior’s season. So let’s take a look at how I think everything will pan out. This will be a two-parter

The Warriors not only upgraded their worst starting position, but they also added one of the best in the league at a steal. DeMarcus Cousins won’t be available for a few months while recovering from an Achilles tear.

But for Golden State, they don’t need to rush the four-time All-Star back when you have an All-Star at every other position on the court. Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green give them the benefit of being able to rest multiple players.

They won’t walk their way through to the 1 seed but after last season’s Western Conference Finals, I think this team realizes how much home-court advantage helps. Because of this, expect the Warriors to take the regular season seriously as they chase after the best record in the league.

For the rest of this article, we will make predictions for the rest of the Warriors competition in the league. We will start with the Western Conference and then tackle the East in a future article.
