14. Sacremento Kings

The Kings are a team that is riddled with talent but are still one of the worst teams in the West. This team has De’Aaron Fox and Marvin Bagley III but those two athletic monsters will have to wait for their front office to get some shooters to start to contend for a playoff spot. They will start to tank to do that in this year’s draft.

15. Memphis Grizzlies

The Grizzlies are the worst team in the Western Conference. The problem with this team is that they tried to still contend once their window has closed. Now their in the position where they have a couple of good vets in Mike Conley and Marc Gasol but need to develop their young talent like Jaren Jackson Jr. This team will struggle to get wins.
