The NBA and BAPE have collaborated to showcase new jerseys, one of which is the Golden State Warriors.

The Japanese brand BAPE  has decided to celebrate its 25 years joining forces with the NBA. On September 28, we were presented the commemorative pieces of this collaboration: Eight jerseys of the most representative teams which cannot be missing the world-renown Golden State Warriors.

The launch date for the sale of the shirts, shorts and outerwear will be from October 20. In the official account of BAPE on Instagram, you can see one of the designs worn by Snoop Dogg himself, as well as a Spalding basketball.

According to the medium Highsnobiety, which has given more details about the release, the prices of each piece will be between 115 to 399 dollars, and the site already has photographs of all the items that will be for sale.

The brand A Bathing Ape was created by the Japanese artist NIGO (Tomoaki Nagao), a famous designer, producer, musician and Japanese artist. BAPE (how it is known) is an urban and innovative style, as well as a limited production of its pieces, in the world of urban culture.

It was created in 1993 and the official logo of the brand is a monkey, which refers to the taste of its creator for the movie “The Planet of the Apes”. Currently, there are 19 stores established in Hong Kong, New York, London, Taipei, China and Bangkok and Singapore.

Their collaborations have been multifaceted and novel. Some of them have been with Lacoste, Champion, Hello Kitty, Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Keith Haring.

In celebration of their 25th anniversary, BAPE decided to join with more than ten brands, and according to their official website, to mention “10 artists have joined forces to design unique 60-inch BABY MILO® figures. Many articles of collaboration with brands and companies will be available, showing the possibility that fashion and clothing break the limits. There will also be works of art by artists close to the brand shown, as well as workshops for the full BAPE® experience. ”
