The Golden State Warriors take on the Utah Jazz in another matchup of Western Conference powerhouses.

Ring night is over, and the beginning of a long, 82-game season will quickly start to take its toll. Playing a relatively young Utah Jazz team, the Golden State Warriors must be ready for whatever is thrown at them as they try to start 2-0.

The Warriors beat the Russell Westbrook-less Utah Jazz by just eight points. Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant both went off, posting insane stat lines en route to scoring 108 points as a team. Curry was just one assist and two rebounds shy of a triple-double.

Even in a sloppy opening game, the Warriors won. That’s just the nature of how skilled this team is. One of the league’s best offenses, the Dubs turned the ball over 21 times against the Thunder, so stay watching for how efficient their offense is and if they can fix this problem in game two.

That said, there weren’t too many more takeaways from game one. The Dubs won, and they’re moving on to take on the Jazz in Salt Lake City. Looking ahead to game two, we have significantly more things to look forward to within the game.

Here are two of them.
