The Golden State Warriors travel to New York to take on the Knicks in their first trip to the East Coast following a 22-point victory against Washington.

Arguably the most entertaining game of the season, the Golden State Warriors will have to find a way to keep that energy on the road following an electric home victory. They’ll be playing their sixth game of the season against the Porzingis-less Knicks.

The Dubs have had a rather interesting start to the season. Until Curry’s 51 points explosion, the Dubs had looked unimpressive, not quite playing to their lofty standards. Players not named Stephen Curry or Kevin Durant haven’t quite held their own.

Starting shooting guard and 4x All-Star Klay Thompson has struggled as well as Draymond Green. Both just haven’t been their typical dominant self. Dray hasn’t quite had an efficient offensive game this season while Thompson’s yet to even hit 20 points in a game after averaging 20+ points per game for the last four consecutive seasons.

The entire second unit has also not played up to par. While injury has played a factor, the bench should play a factor in how the Dubs play moving forward.

As for what to watch, there are really just two main aspects of the Knicks-Warriors that fans should keep an eye on. That said, let’s dive into those two aspects a bit deeper.
