2. Kevin Durant

When Kevin Durant first joined the Golden State Warriors, many speculated that he may phone it in and coast to a few championships. However, Durant has done anything but ride the bandwagon thus far.

For his total time with the Warriors, Durant is averaging 25.9 points, 7.5 rebound and 5.2 assists per game. He has been even more phenomenal in the NBA playoffs, putting up 28.8 points and 7.8 rebounds a game en route to two Finals MVP awards.

Durant has added an unbelievable amount of firepower to the Warriors offense. His incredibly efficient scoring has put them over the top as arguably the most efficient team in the history of the league.

Scoring is something that KD has always been known for. Now that he is in Golden State, he is making waves as both a premiere defender and playmaker. Durant has showcased his talent for locking up opposing players and has a knack for finding open teammates throughout the course of the game.
