1. Stephen Curry

This entire system that the Golden State Warriors have created would not exist without the contributions of Stephen Curry. Curry, a two-time MVP, has revolutionized the game of basketball with his impact.

His 3-point shooting cannot be praised enough. He has broken nearly every record in the book when it comes to deep range shooting and he continues to get better. Right now, Steph is hitting an average of 5.6 3-pointers a game, putting him on pace for unheard of type numbers.

Having a sharpshooter such as Curry is great. When you combine it with his elite dribbling and above average finishing, and you have a truly amazing player. Steph can kill a team in a million different ways and he will do it efficiently each time.

However, the most important impact that Steph has had on the team is his leadership and willingness to be unselfish. Since the start of their run, Curry has gone out of his way to set an example and be the selfless leader that is necessary to make a team like this work.

Steph has changed the game with his offense, but his leadership is what made it all a possibility. The Dubs would be nowhere if Curry chose to prioritize his individual stats over team accomplishments. For this reason, Steph is the most impactful player on the roster and maybe the entire NBA.
