Bradley Beal

Apparently, Bradley Beal wants out of Washington, and among the players on this list, he’s certainly the one that would cost the Warriors the most. Beal’s value would likely command one of the Warriors core four.

More from Blue Man Hoop

Do they trade Kevin Durant or Draymond Green? If their altercation, upon Green’s return, is still a distraction, would they make that executive decision to trade one?

The Warriors, with each of their stars at least 28, need to start to plan for the future eventually. Bradley Beal, who is just 25, could be one step in that process, and sending Kevin Durant to a non-rival would guarantee the Warriors to still be the favorite in 2019.

Beal is currently averaging 21.8 points per game. Shooting an efficient 46.6% from the field, Beal would bring a different look to the Warriors. A phenomenal shooter, making 2.3 threes per game, Beal’s talent would help keep Golden State atop the league even without Durant.

The Dubs could then slide Klay Thompson, a top-notch defender, to the three and create an even more lethal small-ball lineup with Iggy and Green rounding out the frontcourt.

On top of that, the Dubs could get a few draft picks back from Washington, and if Durant leaves this offseason, they’d be granted a few high-value picks in the near future. As the trade deadline is just over two months away, expect deals for Beal to start popping up all around.
