5. Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards are a team who have been desperately begging for relevance in the NBA for a few years now. It feels like this squad has been on the verge of being a contender for so long.

The Wizards have one of the best frontcourts in the entire league, with elite talents in both John Wal and Bradley Beal. Wall is a five-time NBA All-Star while Beal has averaged 20+ points in three consecutive seasons.

Alongside Wall and Beal are a number of skilled role players. The Wizards have a total of seven different players averaging double-digit scoring figures. Meanwhile, guys such as Otto Porter and Trevor Ariza are capable defenders as well as scorers.

The problem with this team is their lack of community. They simply do not play as a unit and often have locker room problems.

If the Wizards traded for Draymond Green, they would be gaining a player who understands the importance of team play. Green is firey and will hold each member of the team accountable. Dray could potentially be the fuel that the Wizards need to get their act together and finally become a notable team.
