28. Philadelphia 76ers

The Philadelphia 76ers need a player that is capable of pouring in buckets. Ben Simmons is a versatile finisher and playmaker but isn’t able to score in bunches. Meanwhile, Joel Embiid is a dominant post presence but relying on Embiid will get tougher as the playoffs begin and interior defenses buff up.

Trading for Kevin Durant might be the 76ers best option if they want to win a championship. Their current roster is missing something and Durant could fill that void.

In return, the Warriors would snag Jimmy Butler, Markelle Fultz and a 2019 first round pick which the 76ers received from the Sacramento Kings.

Golden State would use Butler as their replacement for Durant and Fultz would become a project for the franchise to attempt to revive his faltering career. The former number one pick has a ton of potential and perhaps the Warriors can get him back on track.
