22. Detroit Pistons

It has been a long time since the Detroit Pistons were in a position to compete for an NBA championship. The franchise has been in a dry spell lately, but now, they have the pieces required to make big time moves.

A trade involving Blake Griffin, Stanley Johnson, Luke Kennard and a 2019 first round pick in exchange for Kevin Durant and Andre Iguodala would certainly shake up the league. This move could benefit both teams, as the Pistons acquire a certified superstar capable of taking them to new heights and the Warriors make their rotation younger/deeper.

Griffin has been reviving his career this season, averaging 25.5 points, 8.1 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game. He will likely be an All-Star this year and hopefully has a few more years left in his prime.

Adding Griffin to the Warriors roster would create an interesting dynamic. Blake has turned into a solid shooter from deep and has displayed an above average court vision. His athletic ability is still there and he has the drive to be an NBA champion. Watching Blake play for the Warriors is something I want to see become a reality.
