Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies need to act fast if they want to save their season. They’re one of a handful of Western Conference teams within reaching distance of playoff contention. For Memphis, Draymond Green could be the player to lift them to the next level.

The Grizzlies have Jaren Jackson Jr., Marc Gasol and Mike Conley leading the charge currently. Jackson Jr. was a top-five pick in the 2018 NBA Draft and won’t be being sent anywhere. However, the Griz do have a few players that Golden State could have interest in.

Justin Holiday and JaMychal Green could replace the production of Green while adding a three-point threat to the Warriors second unit, a unit that ranks bottom-five in threes per game among benches around the league.

Tack in a pick that has lottery potential and both these teams could entertain this offer. After all, it’s now or never for Memphis. If they don’t make a blockbuster trade, they might as well go into tank mode, potentially sending away Marc Gasol this trade deadline.
